Shane Jensen, founder and Senior Principal of New Quest Consulting Group, brings over 25 years of experience in Organizational Development, Coaching, and Human Resources. Specializing in leadership development, change management, and strategic planning, Shane has positioned New Quest as a leader in Western Canada, renowned for its groundbreaking research and the development of the Balanced Leader Strategy. He is a sought-after speaker, known for his engaging keynotes and workshops that offer practical solutions for building highly engaged teams and achieving bottom-line results.

Shane holds a Master of Arts in Leadership & Organizational Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a Psychology degree from the University of Victoria. A certified executive coach recognized by the International Coaching Federation, he also holds certifications in emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360) and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer.
