Shane is a dynamic consultant with over 20 years of consulting experience in the field of Organizational Performance, Leadership Performance and Human Resources. His professional focuses include organizational change, facilitation, leadership and team development, change management, strategic planning and leadership coaching, with a passion for employee attraction, retention and engagement practices. Shane recognizes the role organizations and leaders need to play to ensure success in a marketplace that continues to face unprecedented economic and labour changes.

Shane is the founder and partner with New Quest Consulting Group, which has become a leader in their work in human resources, organizational performance, executive and leadership coaching, and innovative leadership and staff training programs. New Quest Consulting Group has also received critical acclaim for its ground-breaking innovative leadership programs and research in today’s labour market and the impact of the emerging multigenerational workforce. New Quest works with organizations across North America but remains true to its foundational roots of exceptional client satisfaction and innovative solutions and insights throughout all client interactions.

Shane is a sought-after speaker and has travelled extensively to give keynotes and workshops, sharing research results, insightful solutions and ideas for leaders and organizations around the changing labour force and how to use these changes to build high-performance organizations, departments, teams and also at the same time, ensuring bottom line results. Shane is a gifted facilitator who works with senior leadership teams to resolve challenges, increase team performance, develop strategies, be accountable, and execute key goals and objectives.  Shane is also comfortable working with unionized environments and is consistently asked to provide insights and solutions to create win-win situations.

Shane holds a Master of Arts (MA) specializing in Leadership & Organizational Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria. He is also a highly experienced and certified executive coach. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (CEC) and has been an Executive Coach for the prestigious Banff Centre – Peter Lougheed Leadership Institute. Shane’s commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development means he holds a number of certifications in the field of leadership such as: certification in the Emotional Intelligence assessments of EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360, a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer, certified facilitator for Achieve Global, a leader in the field of training and development for organizations, teams and leaders.

Lisa Fuller, MA, CPHR, CCP

As the HR specialist for New Quest Consulting Group, Lisa brings 20 years of extensive HR experience, encompassing HR infrastructure, policies, procedures, leadership development, and team building. Her expertise also covers organizational development, employee engagement, culture, employee and labor relations, total rewards, organizational and job design, recruitment, and talent management.

Lisa believes that genuine success stems from authentic relationships. She adopts a strategic yet practical and innovative approach to human resources, ensuring that meaningful HR solutions effectively meet objectives.
Like her colleagues at New Quest, Lisa is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders and inspiring others to reach their full potential. She is deeply committed to her professional growth and the advancement of her field, actively participating in the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC and Yukon, mentoring entrepreneurs and students, volunteering on various community boards and committees, and engaging in philanthropic work abroad.
Lisa holds certifications as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She also has a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University. Her diverse background includes working for and consulting with complex organizations across the private sector, start-up projects, the global resource sector, public sector, and crown corporations, managing both non-union and unionized environments. Lisa has provided strategic and operational HR management and led major organizational and change initiatives in organizations ranging from 30 to 18,000 employees.

Reza Rahmani, PCC, CPCC, CPHR

Reza’s education and skills in engineering, roles in HR and leadership development, and training and experience as an executive coach all come together when he works with leaders to address their most relevant developmental challenges. As a coach, he helps his clients transform how they lead and communicate with others. He helps leaders get clear on what drives them, how they define themselves, and what is most important to them. Reza’s clients value his intelligence, results-driven approach, and genuine warmth.
Before Reza joined the New Quest team, he spent the first 10 years of his career as a research and supply development engineer at Ballard Power Systems and Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation. He found his passion and purpose when he shifted from engineering to a role in human resources. As a Senior HR Generalist at Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation, Reza managed recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development and went on to become a certified executive coach. In this role, he created a coaching and leadership development program that improved employee engagement levels by 25%, increased leadership effectiveness results by 300%, and reduced employee turnover by 100%.
Reza was honoured to receive the prestigious PRISM coaching award from the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the national level in 2016, and again at the international level in 2017, for his work co-creating a culture of coaching and development. As a coach, Reza has coached leaders in technology (Adobe), pharmaceuticals (Roche Holding AG), automotive (Daimler AG, Ford Motor Company), hospitality and entertainment (Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, BCLC), telecommunications (TELUS), government (The Port of Vancouver), and financial services (KPMG).

Coby has more than 15 years of experience working as an educator, facilitator and coach, supporting our New Quest clients and colleagues through transformative professional developmental conversations and training. In addition, Coby has a graduate degree in leadership studies with interests in leadership coaching, team dynamics, and fostering psychologically safe workplaces.
Before joining New Quest, Coby helped to design and deliver leadership training and coaching programs at Thompson Rivers University. In his role as Associate Director of Organizational Development, Coby was responsible for developing training initiatives to help build capacity and culture for staff and faculty at all levels of the institution.
Coby is also a Certified Organizational Coach (COC) with an Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation and certified in various team/individual assessment tools such as Fearless Organization Team Scan (Psychological Safety Index), PersonalityYou, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Coby is also a Network Partner with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) a pioneer in the field of global leadership research. As a CCL Network Partner, Coby can deliver high-impact leadership training to our great New Quest clients on topics that support better communication, feedback, accountability and powerful coaching questions.
